Online coaching

I offer online coaching where I create a bespoke training program, specifically focused to help you achieve your goals. You can then work on this at home, and I also include ZOOM training sessions within this program.

1-2-1 training

I am based in a studio in Chelsea. It would start with a free consultation for me to get an idea of what you want to achieve and what your goals are. Then we start with a bespoke program for you. This can also include an eating plan if needed. You can then work on this program in between our sessions together.

Nutrition advice

I am not a qualified nutritionist but I have done several nutrition courses under my personal training course. So I am able to create an eating plan with you to help you to achieve your goals.

Running coaching

I competed in long distance running to a high level and have always used running as a great way to improve cardiovascular fitness. Running is also known to help with mental clarity and anxiety. So I would love to help you fall in love with running by helping you improve your speed and distance by improving your technique.

Group classes

I can train a group with up to 6 people in person.
